PHD Advising Appointments: (starting FALL 2025 - wk#1)
Students need to email cse-phd-advisors@ucsd.edu for an appointment and specify the reason for the advising appt so we can schedule accordingly:
IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON WEDNESDAYS 9:30-11:30am & 1-3pm *subject to change
- for in-person appointments, check in at the Student Affairs Intake window (CSE Bldg -1st floor #1200)
REMOTE APPOINTMENTS (via zoom) ARE AVAILABLE TUES, WEDS, or THURS 9:30-11:30am & 1-3pm *subject to change
- for zoom appointments, we will email you the zoom ID once your appt is confirmed
