Time: 2pm - 8pm
Location: Qualcomm Conference Center, Jacobs Hall, UC San Diego

Arduino  technology inspires engineers and non-engineers alike to embrace physical computing. Programming options include easy drag-and-drop, blocks-based approaches to open-source operating systems capable of sophisticated cross-platform microcontroller (MCU) support. MCUs are at the heart of IoT devices used in mass volume "smart thing" deployments.

Here is what to expect:

  • Arduino Fun Workshop (2-4pm)
    Includes demonstration to introduce the magic of making and exploring the Internet of Things (IoT) using Arduino;
  • Arduino Exploration Workshop (4-6pm)
    Includes demonstration to explore more advanced Arduino platforms and optional higher-end software stacks; and
  • Networking Reception (6-8pm)

The event will take place in the Qualcomm Conference Center, Room B, on the ground floor of Jacobs Hall on the UC San Diego campus.
