This event, titled the “Ally Skills Workshop” will discuss what allyship means, how power and privilege tie into it, and then work through realistic scenarios in small groups. we will discuss what allyship means, how power and privilege tie into it, and then work through realistic scenarios in small groups. The goal of the workshop is to leave with a better understanding of your own situation, as it pertains to your workplace, and how you can leverage your skills to perform better allyship.
