Backgrounds

I am working with prof. Pavel Pevzner on developing algorithms in computational mass spectrometry. My current research focus is on (1) evaluating statistical significance of peptide identifications and (2) integrating de novo peptide sequencing with database search using the generating function of tandem mass spectra.
