Sr. Systems Administrator
Works as part of the department's computing support team to support instructional, research and administrative computing. Provides a secure computing environment, performing routine maintenance, software and hardware upgrades. Responsible for oversight of the departmental servers. Responsible for operational oversight of the CSE data center. Installs, configures and maintains hardware for various computing systems and their network connection environments. Provides technical information to faculty, administrative and research staff and students on computer systems, software and data available in the department.
Bio
Gregory has been working as a Systems Administrator for nearly ten years, having graduated with a CS degree from Illinois State University and worked in industry for 6 years before joining CSE.
